Site unseen, they needed to visit and appraise the property for us. The sellers were a total nightmare and we were having to wait 90 days to close on my sale in a previous state. We viewed countless homes over several days and he was able to find one that we truly love in this very short time frame and was able to be appropriately competitive to find an offer that was accepted with a home that was competitive.
